535e6d90b2 docs: catch up wiki with 10 undocumented modules + today's mod/welcome changes
This wiki (dev.sven-neurath.de/darksoon/GrumpyCore_wiki/wiki) hadn't
been touched since May 13 — a completely different, correctly-linked
repo (GrumpyCore_wiki.git main branch, not the wiki) was mistakenly
maintained instead in earlier sessions.

New pages (DE+EN each): Reminders, Birthdays, RSS, Giveaways,
Serverstats, Announcements, Events, Settings, YouTube, Twitch, and the
brand-new Triggers module ("tags") with a full step-by-step example.

Rewrote GrumpyMod/-EN and GrumpyWelcome/-EN from scratch — the existing
versions had drifted from the actual schema (wrong field names, a
non-existent antiNuke YAML block, stale report cooldown values) on top
of being incomplete. Now covers URLhaus, message-log, /mod nuke, boost
announcements, and sticky roles accurately against the current code.

Home.md and _Sidebar.md updated with the new navigation entries.

a79b6056dd docs: sync wiki with grumpy-2.0 (auto-deploy panels, audit logger, new commands)
Major refresh to match the current state of the bot:

- Drop the message-ids workflow — panels are auto-deployed on startup and
tracked in the database (WelcomeState, TicketPanelMessage). Manual
  /welcome setup-verify and /tickets setup-panel remain for re-deploys.
- Welcome: banner is now the default mode for both join and leave; leave
also supports embed/text. Verify panel uses full embed schema.
- Mod: document the new server audit logger (channel/role/member/profile/
invite/webhook/emoji/message events), plus /mod note and /mod softban.
- Tickets: document /tickets reopen, channelId "0" support fallback, and
  the auto-deployment flow.
- Add /botstatus, console commands (stop/exit/quit/help), graceful
shutdown and per-guild slash command notes.
- Drop the .env requirement (DATABASE_URL falls back to file:./grumpy.db).
- Configuration page now reflects the actual config.yml (addons, channels,
roles) and points at configs/modules/*.yml for feature settings.
